Performing accounting services and reporting for an airline company
After the establishment of the branch in Albania of the airline company, AECO offered its outsourced accounting services and tax compliance. AECO in cooperation with its international network partners was part of the feasibility study since before the establishment of the branch in Albania.

Internal auditing for a mine company
After the acquisition of one of the biggest mining company in Albania, we conducted the internal audit of the affiliate in Albania in cooperation with the internal audit department of the mother company. Our main contribution was in reviewing the whole chain of internal control, if it was functioning properly and especially if the company was in compliance with the tax legislation.
