The job candidate must have:
- University degree in Finance – Accounting (Bachelor).
- Second university degree and/or Master, an advantage.
- Knowledge of tax legislation updated for 2026 (VAT, income tax, social security/health insurance).
- Basic knowledge of electronic fiscalization systems (e-Fiscalization) and online tax platforms (E-Albania, Tatime.gov.al).
- Very good knowledge of English (writing and speaking); Italian and German an advantage.
- Very good communication skills, able to maintain official correspondence with clients.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of basic financial/accounting programs (advanced Excel; knowledge of accounting software, a plus).
- Attention to detail and a proactive attitude to learn.
